Techtree's 12-month Warranty covers all product defects (hardware and software), or any malfunction of the phone independent of your use (such as touch-sensitive malfunction, battery failure, pushbuttons, etc.).  

If your device shows any malfunction, contact our team at warranty@techtreewireless.com with your order number to start your warranty claim. Once we receive the device, our team will repair it or send you a fully functional replacement.

  • Faults caused by improper workmanship or materials

What is not covered?  

This limited warranty does not cover any damages due to:

  • Transportation or storage

  • Issues caused by third-party software or unauthorized repair

  • Improper use; failure to follow the product instructions or perform any preventive maintenance

  • Any components added since the item was originally sold

  • Normal wear and tear or external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions beyond our reasonable control.

Please ensure to package your item as securely as possible, as we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by insecure packaging during transit. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on any return to keep our prices as low as possible. This helps us cover our shipping costs and helps us maintain our incredible pricing.

While we cannot guarantee original accessories with each device, our team covers all accessories provided. If you receive a nonfunctioning charger, please contact us, and we'll ensure the issue is promptly resolved. 

All our devices are shipped directly from our Crown Point or Bloomington, Indiana facility, ensuring quick and reliable delivery. 

 

Pre-owned phones are gently used, meticulously inspected by our professional team, and repaired if needed. Plus, they come with a complimentary 12-month warranty for your peace of mind.

In contrast, new phones, while unused, may not undergo the same level of testing. They come with a limited warranty of only a few weeks, and extending this warranty will incur additional costs.

 

To return your device, visit our "Contact Us" page or email us at help@techtreewireless.com. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will then email you a prepaid return label for shipping. Before returning, please ensure you remove your iCloud account from the device. Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund or expedite a replacement for you.

Warranty Claim Process:

Visit our return portal to start your warranty claim. Contact us at warranty@techtreewireless.com with your order number if you're having issues. We’ll repair or replace the device within 48 hours of receipt. 

Important Notes:

  • Ensure secure packaging for returns; damage during transit is not covered.

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to cover shipping costs and maintain low prices.

  • The warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is void if the device is tampered with.

Our goal is for you to fall in love with your new device. If you're not satisfied, you can return it for any reason within 30 days of shipment. To keep our prices low, we may charge a 10% restocking fee to cover shipping costs.

If your device has functionality issues beyond 30 days, you're still covered by our 12-month warranty. Note that physical or water damage voids this warranty.

To initiate a return, visit our returns portal. Returning a device without the original cable and adapter incurs a $10 fee per accessory. The 30-day return policy applies only to the device; accessories and mystery boxes are non-refundable.

At Techtree, we pride ourselves on delivering your device quickly and safely. We ship to every state in the US. If you place your order before 11 PM CST, it will be shipped the same day. We offer three shipping option: Free USPS Ground Advantage, 2-Day UPS Air for $10 charge, 1-Day overnight based on location. 

2-Day Shipping takes two business days. For example, an order placed on Monday will arrive on Wednesday. Please note that business days exclude weekends, so weekend orders will take longer. This option is free of charge.

We do ship worldwide! Shipping is typically handled by UPS or DHL. Once your order is placed, it takes 3-5 business days to reach you. Please note that while we provide this service, we cannot cover any additional costs related to international shipping, including taxes and tariffs imposed by your country.

Our devices are cleaned and then graded based on its cosmetic condition. Regardless of cosmetic condition, we guarantee that every device will have a Clear IMEI, No Activation Locks, and be Fully Functional.

Very Good

Very minimal signs of wear. No scratches visible when screen is in use. Frame may have 1 to 3 hairline scratches. No screen burn, cracks, scuffs, nicks, dents or discoloration. Very minimal signs of wear. Battery Health Capacity setting for Apple iPhones will be 80% or higher.

Good

Moderate signs of wear. Moderate scratches may be visible when screen is in use. May have minor screen burn that does not impair functionality. Frame may have limited small scuffs, nicks, scratches or faint discoloration. Battery Health Capacity setting for Apple iPhones will be 80% or higher.

Fair

Significant signs of wear. Screen will have large, deep scratches or swirl marks and moderate screen burn that does not impair functionality. Frame will have scuffs, nicks, scratches, dents and/or discoloration. Battery Health Capacity setting for Apple iPhones will be 70% or higher.
