  1. How long is my quote locked?

    A full 21 days from your quote. Check out within the 21 days, ship within 21 days of checking out, and the number you saw is the number you get. Prices move with the market, but you are never rushed.

  2. What if my device's condition differs on inspection?

    We send a revised offer with a clear, photo-backed explanation. You can accept it, ask us to re-evaluate, or decline and we ship your device back free (most devices; not ones that arrive locked, financed or blacklisted). You stay in control the whole way.

  3. How and when do I get paid?

    Choose PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App. Once your device clears inspection, your payment is sent within 1 to 2 business days. No checks and no gift cards.

  4. Is shipping really free?

    Yes. We email you a prepaid, tracked label (plus a QR code if you would rather not print). Pack your device in any sturdy box and drop it off. If you decline a revised offer, the return shipping is on us too for most devices (not ones that arrive locked, financed or blacklisted).

  5. What should I do with my data before shipping?

    Back up your data, sign out of your accounts, turn off Find My or Factory Reset Protection, and erase the device before you ship it. Your data is your responsibility, so leave nothing on the device.

  6. What can I sell, and do I need an account?
