Yes. We email you a prepaid, tracked shipping label at no cost. Every order includes free $100 transit coverage both ways, and you can add full coverage of your offer value at checkout for 1% of your items value, deducted from your payout.

Back up and sign out of your device before shipping. When it arrives we factory reset and erase it before it is refurbished or resold. See our Data Wipe Policy for details.

If the device does not match the condition you described, we send a revised offer you can accept or decline. If you decline, we ship it back to you for free, with no obligation.

You choose your payout method at checkout. Payment is sent 1-2 business days after we receive and inspect your device.
