Which network should I purchase?
We have both Unlocked and Network Locked listings. You can tell which listing you are looking at by reading the title which will state either "Unlocked" or "Locked." If you plan to keep the same network for the life of the device, you can purchase one of our Network Locked listings for your network or an Unlocked listing. If you plan to switch networks or take the device outside of the United States, we recommend purchasing from an Unlocked listing. Note that any Network Locked devices are locked to the specific network advertised on the listing and cannot be unlocked. If you are not sure which listing you should purchase from, please contact us.
I purchased the correct network for my plan; how do I activate the device?
Install your network SIM card in the device (if applicable) or follow the prompts during activation for Set Up eSIM. Orders do not include any physical SIM cards because they carry information specific to your plan and allow your device to connect with your network. If you do not already have a SIM card, your current one is not working, or you need help with eSIM activation, go to your local network store for activation assistance.

Starting on the day your order arrives, you have 30 days to return the device for a full refund. Send us a message and we will provide a pre-paid return label and return instructions.
Note: We do not cover return shipping costs if the device is taken outside of the United States after delivery.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders ship via FREE USPS Delivery from Crown Point, Indiana within 1 business day. Weekends are not included as business days. 1 Day expedited upgrade is available for a cost. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM CST will ship out that same day. Orders placed after 2 PM CST on Friday will ship Monday. Tracking number e-mailed after order shipped. Orders where the total is $750.00 or higher will ship with Signature Required on delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
USPS Delivery default shipping is FREE! FedEx Standard Overnight is $37.00.
Do you ship internationally?
We are able to to sell internationally to the countries served by the eBay International Shipping program.
What is and is not included in my order?
Orders include the purchased device and a generic charging cable. Orders do not include the original retail box, original accessories, or SIM card.
Can you provide specific pictures of the exact device I will receive?
No. We have thousands of devices in stock at any given time and so providing a picture of the exact device you will receive is not feasible.
Can you send me the IMEI of a device?
Yes. After you receive your shipment confirmation, send us a message and we can provide the IMEI to you at that time.
