We sell both carrier unlocked and locked devices. Listing selection which state, "Unlocked" will be both GSM and CDMA unlocked to work with all carriers. Locked devices will state which carrier it is locked too. We verify all devices are working and eligible to be activated upon listing. If you are experiencing issues, please contact support.
